Lender Information The following links will take you to the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) Lender's Corner where the Lender's Guide to Energy Efficient Mortgages is maintained, and to the Environmental Protection Agency’s lenders’ page. The RESNET Guide is an overview of Energy Efficient Mortgages (EEMs) and a collection of documents and information that have been issued by the listed organizations with guidelines for how to issue and manage EEMs. EPA’s page answers the question “Why become an ENERGY STAR lender?”.
